This a form yoga like partner yoga, but in this instance the partner is made out of parachute material. Hammock aids in assisting during Asanas, by supporting the body or easing the body into postures.
The Hammock provides support and assistants at the same time, whichallows the body to ease into postures for more flexibilty, whilesstrengthening the body at the same time. In most cases, this allows the mind to find a point of stillness during the time of holding the poses.
